We are local fully insured Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Information Pack providers based in Pontypridd central to all areas of South Wales. We have some of the lowest fees in the UK, however, this does not compromise the quality of service we provide.

Home information packs (HIPS) are currently mandatory for ALL homes which are new to market in Wales & England and as from 1st June 2008 will need to be in available before marketing can start.
